IDUTRI Price Policies
IDUTRI PRICE MATCHES: IDUTRI will offer you products at value pricing and added benefits but price matching undermines fair market competition. IDUTRI offers you added value with personalized customer service. Note that we will gladly discuss matching prices on our competitors' close-outs and sale items as long as the products are the same model year and are still available, and they are still honoring the prices. Each price is subject to verification. Price Matching will delay processing and shipment of your order. Web site prices are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted. Clearance items have limited quantities; sizes/colors may no longer be available. Some items in our warehouse are not listed on IDUTRI or available via mail order, and vice versa.

IN-STORE PRICE PROTECTION: If we lower our price on a bike you purchased during the previous 30 days, we will issue you a refund credit on your account of the difference. This refund is in the form of a purchase credit, not a cash payment. Applies only to complete factory stocked bikes. Parts, accessories, apparel, and other items are not covered by this policy. This procedure is not automatic…you must contact us.

Availability: All products are subject to availability and prior sale. We reserve the right to limit quantities so that as many customers as possible can enjoy our prices. All prices appearing on our Web site are subject to change without prior notice. IDUTRI is not responsible for printing errors or other errors appearing on our Web site. All orders are subject to acceptance by IDUTRI. When browsing our offers that are “special purchase”, please note that such items sell out very fast and are definitely not replaceable. Prices appearing on our web site are subject to change without prior notice. See below concerning what happens when a price change affects your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by IDUTRI. Pricing differences may occur between our event/expo pricing vs. website pricing. It’s impossible to have identical pricing in all venues at all times we will honor the lower price presented if product is on hand.

Online Product Color Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Error Policy: A certain number of typos and pricing errors in our web site, catalogs, and advertisements are inevitable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or omissions on our website or in our print advertisements. If you do spot a typo or some confusing pricing issue, you can let us know about it by emailing us at: customerservice@idutri.com .

However, If the correct price is more than the erroneous one, we will never fill the order until we've contacted you and received permission to either fill or void your order. You may request an immediate refund instead. If the correct price is less than you thought, we will automatically charge you the lower amount and process your order immediately without contacting you. Payment: Our catalog prices are in U.S. currency. You may use MasterCard, and Visa or mail us a money order or personal check drawn on U.S. funds.

There are four ways to place your order with IDUTRI:
Personal Check, Credit Card or Money Order by mail—if you wish to pay with a personal check or money order, please choose your merchandise and then follow our easy instructions on how to order by mail listed below. However, we are unable to reserve merchandise until your check or money order arrives. There is no guarantee that the merchandise you selected will still be available by the time your order arrives. If an item you selected is no longer available, we will send you a refund or applied a credit to your account.

Order by Credit Card Online: When placing your order, go to www.IDUTRI.com and place items in the shopping cart and follow the 5 step secure checkout process. If you wish to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address, fill in the shipping address portion of the order form.
Order by Credit Card by Phone: When placing your order, select and fill out the order form online then print from your browser. Leaving the credit card information blank then mail in form. An order form will be displayed which you can print out using your browser's print function. Then call us at (440) 263-2347 to place your order. If you would like we will gladly call you back so you will not incur any phone charges.
Order by Check through Postal Mail: When placing your order, select and fill out on a paper the item name, number along with quantity and price. Please be sure to add the appropriate taxes and shipping charges with your order. Mail the form along with your check to us at: ** see below

Shipping & Handling-

Shipping charges are based on your order total. We assume a higher dollar amount equates to a heavier package. We understand there are exceptions, but our ultimate goal is to break even on our true shipping and packing costs; we do not intend to make a profit on shipping. IDUTRI.com will only cover return shipping for damaged or defective product (subject to item being returned for inspection). Credit given to consumers account.

Shipping & Handling charges are calculated based on purchase amount for US Continental shipping. **Other shipping locations along with oversized products are subject to UPS Rates.
Shipping Information: Orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless it is more cost effective to ship USPS. If you would like faster shipping please note on your order.

Bike Purchase is available for hand delivery by IDUTRI staff for a $50.00 Fee (Where available). We will travel to your home or business and offer a final customer satisfaction/consultation during the delivery (Where available).
Please Note:
• Oversized objects cannot ship via USPS.
• Oversized and/or packages over 15 lbs. may be subject to additional shipping costs. Customers will be charge UPS/Fed ex Ground rates. Faster service will be charged accordingly.
• Shipping bikes, canoes, rooftop boxes and other oversized or heavy items costs extra. Oversized charges are not added on home delivery.
• In-stock orders are generally shipped by 2-3 business day. It is our goal to never have backordered merchandise. However, if a backordered item is shipped separate from the rest of your order, we will pay for regular shipping on that item.
Guarantee
IDUTRI guarantees 100% satisfaction with every product we sell against manufactures defects... If an item does not meet your expectations, just send it back and we will promptly replace, refund, or credit your account - whichever you prefer given item is in re-sellable condition and tags & packaging is in good shape. If you have used items you can receive partial credit.
Backorders
• Due to limited availability of some of the products we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. If this causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, IDUTRI will pay postage on all shipments after the first one (except on international orders and outside the continental US). Additionally, some lightweight items will be shipped separately via US Mail.
• IDUTRI.com does not offer long term backorders, because our goal is to get the right products for you when you want them. If possible we will direct you to other companies that may have your product in stock. Otherwise backordering can be done if specified. Items in backorder are limited to 1 month from the date of order. We will not charge your credit card until the back ordered item ships.
Return Policy
No need to contact us. Just follow the instructions for a fast exchange or refund.
• Within thirty (30) days of receiving your shipment, you may return any merchandise in its original condition.
• Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or UPS . IDUTRI will refund actual shipping costs from UPS label or postage on returns of damaged merchandise or shipment errors. Credit can be applied to your next order or your account.
• Enclose a copy of the packing slip along with a note stating the reason for your return. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating the purchaser's name, full billing address, date of purchase so that we can look up the purchase in our computer. (Invoice recorders are kept for two years.)

• Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
• Your package should be insured and prepaid. We will make every effort to speed your exchange or refund.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of us receiving your return. Please note, IDUTRI will exchange returned items. Freight charges apply unless new product are replacing defective or damaged items.
• Items that are returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery, are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion. Customer will receive credit on their account.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in a new and unused condition, and must be returned with all original product packaging. Clothing items must be unworn and have all garments and hang tags still attached. No need to call for a Return authorization number just follows above directions; we send one with your order.
FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT:
Returns after 30 days from the date of purchase are at the sole discretion of IDUTRI. Items must be in a new and unused condition, and must be returned with all original product packaging. Clothing items must be unworn and have all garments and hang tags still attached. Only currently stocked items will be accepted for return, and store credit will be issued for the lesser of your purchase price or our current selling price. If you need to return an item after 30 days, please call first to verify that your item can still be returned for store credit.
PARTIAL STORE CREDIT:
We understand that occasionally you may be dissatisfied with an item after you have used or worn it. In some cases we offer partial store credit for items that have been used. The items must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, and clothing items must be laundered before return. The amount of credit for an item depends on the item and its condition when returned to us. Call us for more information.
WARRANTY ISSUES AFTER 60 DAYS:
After 30 days, please do not return an item to us for warranty service until you have contacted us. Many manufacturers require you to return the item directly to them rather than the place of purchase. If you have a warranty issue with any product purchased from us, feel free to contact us and let us help you work with the manufacture to resolve the issue.
